As a member of the Lloyd's & London Market team, you will be responsible for account management of existing clients and identifying and executing on growth opportunities for both TPA and loss adjusting, on a global basis. Understanding of the Lloyd's and London markets and the role of the various parties is essential to the success of this role. You will need a good understanding of the insurance claims function across the globe and a track record of driving growth.
- Account management of an agreed selection of Lloyd's Managing Agents and brokers.
- Establish and build new relationships where these are likely to be beneficial to Crawford.
- Identify new business opportunities, sell appropriate solutions to potential clients and convert to profitable revenue.
- Identify opportunities from within the existing client base and cross sell additional services.
- Develop strong working relationships with relevant personnel within Crawford business units worldwide.
- Liaise with Crawford specialist teams and regions and assist in promoting their services to the Lloyd's and London markets.
- Work closely with the appropriate Crawford teams to ensure implementation of won new services meeting and exceeding client expectations - systems, processes, MI etc.
- Identify new potential contacts for Crawford employees visiting London and where appropriate attend meetings.
- Assist Crawford employees visiting the Lloyd's and London Markets in organizing meetings with their known contacts.
- Identify key strategic relationship owners and engage with them at an agreed frequency ensuring the Crawford service and brand are well promoted.
- Understand the financial performance of your accounts and ensure that fee structures are agreed and reviewed on an annual basis.
- Assist others within the team as required.
- Co-ordinate the response to Due Diligence requests.
- Create proposals and respond to RFIs.
Degree / A levels. Insurance qualifications desirable but not essential. At least 7 years operating within the Lloyd's and London Market.
