Our Property team is at the heart of our business: managing property claims ranging from minor damage to major to catastrophic events. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be part of our dedicated out of hours team handling and investigating customer service complaints and escalations. The role covers 35 hours over 7 days of out of hours shifts, ideal for those seeking non-standard working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage a caseload of complaints within the Property team in Milton Keynes.
  • Record all specific details and diarise any required follow-up actions.
  • Communicate clearly and maintain a calm, methodical approach to bring issues back on track and ensure first-class customer satisfaction with our services.
