The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.
Part of the CFAS division involved in the assessment of business interruption and other financial losses arising on behalf of clients. Negotiating and settlement of claims. Work within and part of the wider GTS team. Travel and undertake site visits and external meetings. Marketing and promotion of self and business both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Work both externally and internally assessing business interruption and financial claims.
- Receive, review and analyse financial information.
- Prepare reports commenting in detail on the review and conclusion of analytical work.
- Visit insurers, reinsurers, claimants and the insured.
- Communicate regularly with all interested parties, calculate and approve interim payments, prepare interim reports and other communications.
- Calculate and agree settlement of claims, and prepare final reports.
- Assist in the development of less experienced staff members.
- Develop working relationships with existing clients and help identify and plan approaches to new clients.
- Maintain and update files and records, keeping fully up to date on any technical or legal changes which may have a bearing on a case.
- Identify and develop business opportunities for self and team.

- Experienced in Forensic Accounting and/or Business Interruption claims.
- Accountancy qualification.
- Experience managing staff.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
