Crawford TPA is our highly successful Third Party Administration offering, handling claims for corporate companies and Insurers. We’re looking for our next team leader to support and manage our rapidly expanding team of claims handlers.

General Background, Experience & Professional Qualifications

  • A candidate that enjoys mentoring and developing a team to ensure high performance and success.
  • Experience as a team leader in a Claims background or within the insurance industry.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop teams to high performance standards.
  • Knowledge of insurance principles and claims processes.
  • Exceptional customer service ethics, ensuring clients and policyholders receive first-class service.
  • Ability to handle challenges calmly and methodically.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Your team will handle a variety of liability claims, including Public, Employers, and Product Liability claims. You will support and guide your team to provide swift settlements within service level agreements, ensure thorough investigation and proper documentation of each claim, and communicate policy cover information professionally and courteously to policyholders.
