We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of loss reports received from our global adjusters, as well as overseeing that our international network of offices is managing claims in strict alignment with client requirements and service standards.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of loss reports received from our global adjusters, as well as overseeing that our international network of offices is managing claims in strict alignment with client requirements and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate incoming loss reports from global adjusters for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Liaise with adjusters to request clarifications or corrections as needed to meet insurer and client expectations.
- Monitor compliance of global offices with client-specific claims handling protocols and service level agreements.
- Maintain a clear understanding of varying client requirements and ensure consistent application across regions.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate claims documentation and performance data.
- Identify trends in reporting errors or compliance issues and recommend process improvements.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal teams regarding claims reporting standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and adjusters to ensure timely delivery of reports to insurers and clients.
- Arranging and hosting hub calls liaising with hub managers and claims handlers to discuss SLA failures, claim progress, large and litigated losses.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dealing with Property claims.
- Strong knowledge of claims processes and reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when dealing with international teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel); experience with claims management systems is a plus.
- Must be able to occasionally work outside of standard 9am to 5pm hours due to global time differences.
- Must be willing to travel to Birmingham, Milton Keynes or London at least one day a week as needed
