Overview

The HRIS analyst is responsible for maintaining HR systems, implementing (process) improvements, ensuring data quality, and analyzing and reporting on data. The HRIS Analyst will work closely with other COEs (HR, Benefits, Payroll, IT) as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on HR Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform troubleshooting of technical issues related to system functionality and data integrity.
  • Collaborates with internal teams: IT, Benefits, Payroll, HR on system issues and modifications.
  • Evaluate HR systems to identify points of improvement.
  • Ensure accuracy of data through routine data audits and validation to identify discrepancies and missing data.
  • Serve as SME for the system and provide guidance on system errors.
  • Continuously strive to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing system(s).
  • Responsible for reporting requests (compliance/ad hoc, new reports).
  • Optimize HRIS processes.
  • Analyze data and report trends.
  • Solicit feedback and identify overall needs of HRIS end users.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Ability to analyze problems and translate them into business requirements
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and time management skills
  • Ability to work across global teams
  • A minimum of two years of HRIS experience
  • Experience with Oracle (preferred)
  • Experience working with multiple teams (internal and external)
  • Experience in documenting processes
