A highly motivated Client Services Senior Executive to join our growing Client Services team. They will be working in collaboration with financial planners and other colleagues to provide administration support in processing new and existing business for our clients, whilst supporting the Client Services Manager with additional duties. This is a full‑time, permanent role. However, if you require some flexibility, we are open to having a chat about different working patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Administration
- Building and maintain strong client relationships
- Understanding client needs to provide appropriate administration support
- Provide excellent client experience
- Handle client queries, resolving issues and escalating complex matters as appropriate.
- Organise client meetings for financial planners.
- Write templated letters to clients acting on advice, written instructions from client meetings or ad‑hoc requests.
- Create and maintain accurate client records on Intelliflo in line with company procedures and policies.
- Liaise with Product providers and other third parties where appropriate
- Collaboration with Stakeholders
- Collaborating with other internal teams to ensure client satisfaction is met.
- Participating in team meetings and support other team members where appropriate.
- Additional Senior Responsibilities
- Train & support junior members
- Able to exceed OKR’s
- Contribute to project work and drive continuous improvements
- Consistent positive feedback from FP’s is an expectation
- Mentor or oversee junior team members
- Trial new software, processes, or ways of working
- Help improve internal processes or elevate client service standards
- Idea generation - proactively identify client needs and growth opportunities
Skills and Experience
- Experience/Qualifications
- Ideally educated to at least A Level or equivalent standard. To include Maths and English GCSE grade B or Grade 5 or above
- Four years’ experience in a similar role within financial services preferred.
- Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Intelliflo preferred
- Able to work within a defined business process.
- Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Detailed and accurate.
- Organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
