Commercial Refrigeration Engineer

Refrigeration Engineer Location: Swansea (covering South & West Wales) Company: Craven Cooling Sales Ltd Due to continued growth Craven Cooling are expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our team. As a family-run business with three generations of refrigeration experience behind us, a loyal and growing customer base, a busy showroom and a team that looks after each other, this is a great opportunity to secure a stable, long-term career with a company that's going places. The Role You'll be working mainly across Swansea, South & West Wales, carrying out: * Installations, including shop refits, cold rooms and catering kitchens * Fault diagnosis and repairs * Emergency call-outs * Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) This is a permanent, full-time role where no two days are the same, from convenience stores and forecourts to restaurants, cafés and food businesses. You'll have the freedom to work independently, with full backing from a hands-on management team who've done the job themselves. What We Offer * £38,000–£48,000 per year, depending on experience (45-hour week) * Company van and fuel card * Overtime and call-out rates * 20 days holiday plus bank holidays * Ongoing training and development * A local patch, so more time on jobs and less time on the motorway * A real route to progression as the business grows * Job security in an established, growing family business What We're Looking For * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration (or equivalent) * F-Gas certification (essential) * Full UK driving licence * Ideally 4–5 years’ experience in commercial refrigeration maintenance, repair and installation * A positive attitude, pride in your work and the ability to work independently Why Join Craven Cooling?
