Craven College is seeking a highly organised HR Administrator to support end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR administration.

The HR Administrator will act as the first point of contact for the HR team, ensuring queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently, and will set up and maintain electronic systems and processes.

They will coordinate Recruitment, On-Boarding and Induction, staff development and HR compliance, while using social media and innovative methods to attract candidates.
