We're looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen and play a key role in driving standards, creativity, and consistency.This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone ready to step up and help shape a growing kitchen.*What you'll be doing:*
- Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Leading service with confidence and maintaining high standards under pressure
- Training, mentoring, and developing junior chefs
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
- Managing stock, ordering, and minimising waste
- Upholding food safety and hygiene standards

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
- Passion for fresh, quality food and seasonal menus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
