Strengthening the team
Following a record-breaking year, Cratus is strengthening our Planning Communications team. We are seeking a Director to play a leading role in the future development of Cratus' work across the Home Counties. The candidate will be or become an expert in the areas South of London and will be responsible for building political and client relationships, and forging a high performing team.

We have an important opportunity for a Director to join and lead one of our Planning teams, specialising in political and community engagement and communications.
The role
The candidate taking the role will be the lynchpin of the team, working with other team members to create and deliver a bespoke marketing plan, creating a happy and financially thriving team. The Director will be working to build our reputation and to ensure that Cratus becomes the obvious choice for all Planning Comms in the Southern Home Counties. Working with our established reputation and network, the Director will expand our operations, including cross-selling services in their region. The Director will lead the playing a crucial role in developing team culture to achieve collective goals. The Director will be responsible for the division's P&L alongside the Chief Executive.

- Directing our Development Forums
