This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their merchandising or buying career who enjoys working with data, systems, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.

The role

You will play an important part in supporting the end‑to‑end purchase order process and maintaining the integrity of merchandising data across our systems. Working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Care, and suppliers, you will help ensure information is accurate, timelines are met, and priorities stay on track.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing data and analysis for range reviews and planning meetings
  • Supporting wider merchandising administration as required

You’ll also develop working knowledge of tools such as Acumatica, Power BI, and Eazystock, helping the team make confident, data‑informed decisions.

About you

We are looking for someone organised, curious, and comfortable working with detail and data. You might already have experience in a merchandising, buying, or planning role, or be looking to build your career in this space. You’ll likely bring:

  • Strong numeracy and analytical thinking
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence working with Excel and business systems
  • The ability to plan and prioritise effectively
  • Strong relationship‑building skills across teams
  • A proactive approach to solving problems
  • Interest in automation or AI tools and how they can improve workflows
