The Role

This is a hands‑on marketing role focused on delivery. You’ll manage social media, support campaigns, and produce high‑quality marketing assets that support both brand and commercial teams. This role requires someone who is organised, creative, and comfortable working at pace – someone who can take ownership and deliver consistently to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Craster’s social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, publishing and engagement.
  • Deliver campaigns across digital and print, ensuring all output is consistent with brand standards and tone of voice.
  • Create and coordinate marketing assets including brochures, catalogues, presentations and photoshoots.
  • Produce distributor and partner‑facing content, including co‑branded materials and sell‑in assets.
  • Maintain and update website content in line with campaigns and product launches.
  • Support new product launches with marketing and content assets.
  • Maintain and organise the marketing asset library, ensuring strong version control.
  • Track and report on performance against KPIs including social engagement, content output and delivery timelines.
  • Support day‑to‑day marketing activity across both brand and commercial workstreams.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2+ years’ experience in a marketing or content‑focused role.
  • Experience managing social media and creating content.
  • Strong creative judgement with the ability to produce high‑quality, on‑brand assets.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint.
  • Confident written communication with a consistent tone of voice.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency and output.
  • Experience supporting showroom setup, merchandising or physical collateral management is beneficial.
  • Able to commute to the London office 3 days per week.
