The Role

This is a high ownership marketing role within a small, ambitious team. You'll work closely with the Marketing Director to deliver lead generation campaigns, manage marketing automation through HubSpot, support major industry events, and create compelling content that strengthens Craster's premium brand positioning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands on execution and wants to see a direct connection between their work and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Campaign Delivery
    • Plan and execute multi channel marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social media, and content channels
    • Manage HubSpot workflows, segmentation, lead nurturing programmes, and campaign reporting
    • Develop lead generation assets including whitepapers, lookbooks, landing pages, and other gated content
    • Drive database growth and support inbound lead generation activity
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and identify opportunities for optimisation
    • Report against lead generation KPIs and marketing performance metrics
  • Events & Commercial Support
    • Plan and deliver trade shows, hospitality events, and distributor activations from concept through to execution
    • Support commercial teams with presentations, space planning requests, and marketing materials
    • Help identify target accounts and support outreach activity that generates qualified opportunities
    • Track event performance and contribute to post event pipeline reporting
  • Brand, Content & Social
    • Create and coordinate high quality content across digital and print channels
    • Support social media planning, publishing, scheduling, and community engagement
    • Contribute to product launches and wider brand campaigns
    • Ensure all marketing assets reflect Craster's premium market positioning and brand standards
  • Cross Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Sales to ensure marketing activity supports pipeline and revenue growth
    • Collaborate with Product, Creative, and Operations teams to deliver effective campaigns
    • Contribute ideas, insights, and best practice within the marketing team
    • Support the Marketing Director in delivering strategic marketing objectives

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' marketing experience within a B2B, premium, or design led environment
  • Proven track record in lead generation and campaign delivery from concept through to measurement
  • Hands on experience with HubSpot CRM including workflow automation, list management, and campaign reporting
  • Events management experience including trade shows, hospitality events, or distributor activations
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce confident, premium quality copy across multiple formats
  • Commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience using analytics and marketing data to improve performance
  • Confidence using AI tools to improve efficiency and marketing output
  • Proactive, self directed, and comfortable working within a fast paced SME environment

Desirable

  • Experience within hospitality, interiors, luxury, or design led sectors
  • Experience working within a growing SME or challenger brand
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
  • Experience creating or adapting marketing assets independently
  • Passion for design, hospitality, and premium brands
