The Role
We're looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our commercial team; a proactive, highly organised individual who can help drive the success of our global accounts. This role combines sales trip planning, lead qualification, CRM management, and operational coordination to ensure our Account Managers can focus on what they do best, building relationships and closing deals. It's an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow in a design-led, globally connected business where no two days are the same.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and support Account Managers with sales trip planning, including researching priority properties, securing meetings, and managing follow-ups.
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, qualifying leads and ensuring smooth handover to the right Account Manager.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, ensuring meetings, actions, and client updates are logged and tracked.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, presentations, and client materials.
- Support trade shows, client visits, and internal meetings, ensuring every detail runs smoothly.
- Help keep communication flowing across teams by providing reliable, responsive administrative support.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years' experience in sales support, client services, or coordination.
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) preferred.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with initiative, curiosity, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Experience in hospitality, design, or luxury sectors is a plus.
