We are looking for a Merchandising Assistant to support our Buying and Merchandising teams with the coordination, accuracy, and analysis that keep our product ranges moving smoothly from concept to customer. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their merchandising or buying career who enjoys working with data, systems, suppliers, and cross functional teams in a fast moving environment.
The role
You will play an important part in supporting the end to end purchase order process and maintaining the integrity of merchandising data across our systems. Working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Care, and suppliers, you will help ensure information is accurate, timelines are met, and priorities stay on track.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Raising and maintaining purchase orders accurately in our systems
- Monitoring delivery dates, pricing, suppliers, and order quantities
- Supporting intake planning and critical path tracking
- Maintaining product range plan data and system updates
- Building strong working relationships across Sales and Customer Care
- Acting as a key contact for daily merchandising queries
- Supporting supplier communication and vendor setup processes
- Assisting with KPI tracking and departmental reporting
- Preparing data and analysis for range reviews and planning meetings
- Supporting wider merchandising administration as required
You’ll also develop working knowledge of tools such as Acumatica, Power BI, and Eazystock, helping the team make confident, data informed decisions.
