Responsibilities- Examine damaged vehicles and efficiently plan repair processes.
- Communicate with team members regarding vehicle repair status.
- Perform quality repairs while maintaining on-time completion.
- Decide on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
- Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic components, and trim to access vehicle areas.
- Participate in all required safety meetings.
- File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using power and hand tools.
- Supervise and guide apprentices or repair personnel when needed, explaining procedures and resolving issues.
- Ability to operate a frame machine.
- Certification in body repair preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
- I-CAR welding certification.
- Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
- Ability to supervise repair personnel.
- Must pass a thorough background check.

We are committed to providing competitive compensation. The offered salary will depend on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications. This position is paid on a commission/flag rate structure. Flag pay is guaranteed to meet local minimum wage requirements for all hours worked. The listed salary range reflects the average pay for full-time employees in this role.
