Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles and efficiently plan repair processes.
• Communicate with team members regarding vehicle repair status.
• Perform quality repairs while maintaining on-time completion.
• Decide on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic components, and trim to access vehicle areas.
• Participate in all required safety meetings.
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using power and hand tools.
• Supervise and guide apprentices or repair personnel when needed, explaining procedures and resolving issues.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a frame machine.
• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certification.
• Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must pass a thorough background check.

We are committed to providing competitive compensation. The offered salary will depend on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications.

This position is paid on a commission/flag rate structure. Flag pay is guaranteed to meet local minimum wage requirements for all hours worked. The listed salary range reflects the average pay for full-time employees in this role.

Pay Range

Minimum: USD $65,000.00/year

Maximum: USD $175,320.00/year
