Abattoir Role Hrs of Work 7.30am – 4.00pm Salary Scale £12.95 to £18.71 Job Duties to include – Work to guidelines for hygienic slaughter, dressing and evisceration of animals. Maintain proper knowledge and use of slaughter equipment, including knives. Assist with loading of lorries ready for despatch.
