The Role: Our Maintenance Engineers play a critically important role in our business operations, working closely with all stakeholders and making sure our machinery runs safely and efficiently. We work as one big happy team, focused on being best-in-class and not forgetting to have fun along the way! As one of our Maintenance Engineers you will be responsible for maintaining all electrical, mechanical, automated equipment and machines within a modern, fast paced food production environment, and importantly, helping ensure the continuity of the production process. This is an important role where you will be trusted with the oversight and maintenance of our equipment and machinery, and you will enjoy managing your own work to be as effective and efficient as possible. Your duties will include: Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations Installation, repair and upkeep of all electrical and/or mechanical production equipment Electrical/Mechanical fault diagnosis Ensuring preventative maintenance schedules are followed and completed in full Provision of technical support to all departments Ensuring the infrastructure in maintained to a high standard Implement solutions to help improve machine reliability and quality standards Working with the on-site CMMS systems to drive cost improvements Comply with food safety, quality, legality and environmental policies Essential Criteria: Time served Electrical & Mechanical Engineer 2 years recent experience in an industrial/engineering environment for high volume production processes Highly motivated and have the ability to perform in a highly challenging, expanding and pressurised environment Excellent communication skills in English both written and oral Evidence and experience of fault finding and working with control panels Excellent problem-solving skills Hours of work: 40 hours Monday to Friday, actual shift pattern to be followed will be confirmed at interview, however, please note flexibility may be required to suit operational requirements.
