Abattoir Role

Hrs of Work: 7.30am - 4.00pm

Job Duties to include:

  • Work to guidelines for hygienic slaughter, dressing and evisceration of animals.
  • Maintain proper knowledge and use of slaughter equipment, including knives.
  • Assist with loading of lorries ready for despatch.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

Full training will be given.
