The role: We require a highly skilled, motivated and driven individual for IT Support. This represents an excellent opportunity to enhance your knowledge on software, hardware, network infrastructure and telecommunications.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting the factory systems
- Be first line support to internal users
- Dealing with day-to-day IT problems
- IT infrastructure maintenance within the factory and offices
- Maintain and promote high standards and quality of work
- Ensure that company policies and procedures and health and safety practices are followed
- Ad hoc projects and duties as appropriate
