Job requirements of a Trainer:
- We are looking for a Trainer who is required to work as a member of the Training Department reporting to the Training Manager.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all employees (Cranswick & Agency) are trained to current specifications and procedures.
- Effective liaison, team working and interaction with others is fundamental.
- Ensure that all training records are accurately input into the Training Management System and assist the Training Manager to deliver the Training Departments annual training plan.
- Demonstrate professionalism and company standards in all communications within the department, the site and any external organisations.
- Formulate and implement training plans for all employees and work with the Factory Training Coordinator to ensure that all paperwork is completed, and records kept for auditing purposes.
- Deliver shop floor/factory training in a time sufficient and high-quality manner.
- Deliver presentations to classroom size groups.
What you will need:
- Experience of working within a training/administration environment.
- Experience of creating interactive and powerful presentations.
- Ability to problem solve and make effective decisions.
- Knowledge in manufacturing processes.
- Strong ability to self-learn and teach effectively.
- Excellent standard of spoken and written English.

- Salary £14.97 (including attendance bonus).
