- Creating and maintaining customer and internal specifications.
- Reviewing artwork and pack copy to ensure compliance with current food labelling legislation.
- Managing specification systems and databases, including Dimaco.
- Supporting product launches, customer meetings, audits, and site visits.
- Keeping HACCP, TACCP, allergen matrices, and quality documentation up to date.
- Driving continuous improvements across specification processes.
- Working closely with Technical, NPD, Process, and Customer teams.Experience writing specifications within a food manufacturing environment
Good knowledge of food labelling legislation and retailer requirements Experience using retailer specification systems and web-based platforms Food labelling qualification or equivalent industry experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
