Cranswick Gourmet Bacon is seeking Despatch Operatives / Order Pickers for a chilled environment. The role involves accurate picking, labelling and despatch of goods, with 4 on/4 off shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
You will work closely with the team to ensure on-time delivery and maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Ideal candidates are reliable, proactive and able to work under pressure, with good communication and teamwork.
