Cranswick Gourmet Sausage Co. (Lazenby’s) is our fast-paced sausage facility located in Hull. Producing great food is for us more than just taste, it's about knowing and respecting where that food comes from. We are looking for motivated and experienced Senior Line Leader, who can demonstrate ability to take responsibility for the production line, inspiring a team, driving efficiency to meet production targets. The role will focus on leading a team of operatives and ensure full engagement and high performance at all times, ensuring Product Quality Standards are met without compromise, monitoring and achieving KPI targets, encouraging and developing a healthy, safe and environmental awareness culture.
Shifts available: 4 on 4 off; 5:45 - 18:00 or 17:45 - 06:00; both A and B shift available.
Pay Rate: £14.77 per hour for days and £16.27 per hour for nights.

Candidate requirements:
- Worked within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
- Team/Line Leader or Supervisor previous experience
- Proven machine operating experience typically gained within a manufacturing environment
- Strong appreciation of safety working practices and good knowledge of basic food hygiene
- Calm under pressure
- Proactive, positive, enthusiastic and demonstrates a ‘can do attitude’
