Cranswick Farming in Hull is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to lead a large indoor 10,000-place wean-to-finish pig unit. You will drive welfare, productivity, biosecurity, and people development across the site.
You will recruit and motivate staff, oversee animal health, maintain audit standards, monitor production data, and ensure the site remains clean, compliant, and secure while delivering performance targets.
