About the Role
Are you ready to lead a high-performing finance team and make a real impact on the future of our business? We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Finance Manager to drive financial excellence, champion transformation, and provide strategic insights that shape our growth and sustainability. This is a pivotal role where you’ll combine leadership, innovation, and commercial acumen to influence decisions at the highest level.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Develop, mentor, and empower a talented finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Finance Leadership: Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term modelling to support business growth.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee accurate and timely management accounts, ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with group policies.
- Risk & Compliance: Manage risk frameworks and lead audits, working closely with external auditors.
- Drive Transformation: Deliver automation and process improvements across accounting, reporting, and ledger systems to enhance efficiency.
- Commercial Impact: Partner with senior leadership to provide financial analysis that drives decision-making, profitability, and cost optimisation.
- Innovation & Growth: Support strategic business cases, capital investment proposals, and customer tender scenarios.
- Data-Driven Insights: Enhance factory systems and reporting capabilities, and lead the development of financial, operational, and commercial reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- An ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified accountant with a proven track record in a finance leadership role, working as an integral part of a senior leadership team, ideally in FMCG.
- Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles.
- Strong technical knowledge in financial planning, risk management, and compliance.
- Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for transformation and continuous improvement.
- Commercial acumen and strategic thinking to support business growth.
