This is delivered by our hard-working, talented teams who continually drive the business forward.Key Duties We\’re looking for an organised and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery of customer-focused training solutions. In this role, you\’ll manage scheduling, prepare materials, track attendance, and maintain accurate training records. You\’ll coordinate statutory and developmental training, assist with audits, and support system updates to ensure compliance and efficiency. You\’ll also help drive management development, track apprenticeships, and provide key reporting through PowerBI.
