A rare opportunity has arisen to apply for a Production Graduate role to work at Cranswick Gourmet Sausage (Lazenby’s). We are looking for a passionate individual who wants to experience, partake and contribute to a diverse range of the departments with the view to adding value to each and gaining an understanding of business operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Adding value and actively partaking in the management of the destination department upon completion of all assignments.
- Undertaking departmental projects as and when assigned.
- Providing feedback and presenting findings to the site directors/senior managers.
- Supporting each department to which you are assigned with any tasks required and helping in achieving its KPI’s.
- Working to strict departmental deadlines to ensure the smooth running of all Company functions for which work is undertaken.
- Liaising with all levels of employees across the organisation to proactively seek out and propose new synergies and efficient ways of working to benefit the Company.
Candidate Requirements:
