We are looking for an Area Manager to work in our Primal Department on day shift, working Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for a team producing high quality product to the required standards.
Responsibilities- Experience within a food manufacturing environment.
- Butchery experience ideal, however not essential.
- Self-motivated and able to motivate other members of the team.
- Problem solving – identify any issues ahead of them arising and take appropriate action.
- Target driven to improving production efficiencies.
- Maintain high production quality and safety standards.
- Confidence and experience working within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment; minimum five year's experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and a good level of written and verbal English.
- Level 3 food safety.
- Level 3 Health & Safety.
- Salary – £competitive.
