The Graduate Category Marketing Executive plays a key role in supporting the growth of Cranswick's chilled food categories within Sainsbury's. What You'll Do: As the Graduate Category Marketing Executive, you will support our Category team in driving growth within Sainsbury's. You will do this through:
- Supporting category plans and identifying growth opportunities
- Analysing shopper, market and sales data to uncover insights
- Assisting with customer reviews and category presentations
- Supporting new product launches and creating sell-in materials
- Using tools such as Kantar and Assosia to track category performance
- Monitoring market trends, competitors and shopper behaviour
- Working cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing and NPD teams
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and retail customers
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Degree educated, ideally in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics or a related subject
- Analytical Skills: Comfortable interpreting data, identifying trends and translating findings into clear recommendations
