We are looking for a motivated and proactive IT Engineer Graduate to support the delivery of technology projects and day-to-day operational activities. This role will involve working closely with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered effectively and ongoing IT tasks are completed efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is keen to gain broad exposure across IT systems, project delivery, and business operations, while developing strong technical and professional skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support delivery of IT changes, upgrades, installations, and business improvement activities
  • Carry out hands-on IT and project support tasks
  • Maintain accurate project records, task boards, action logs, and delivery documentation
  • Work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and suppliers to resolve issues, gather information, and progress work
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish, managing priorities, escalating blockers, and ensuring clear communication throughout

  • Full UK Driving Licence
