About the Food Industry Graduate Programme
Our Food Industry Graduate Programme is an immersive two-year journey designed to develop future leaders at Cranswick. Through strategic rotations across key business areas such as Operations, Technical, Commercial, and New Product Development, you’ll gain hands-on experience, industry insights, and a deep understanding of our operations from farm to fork. Supported by expert mentorship and tailored training, this programme equips you with the skills and knowledge to excel in a future leadership role, contributing to the ongoing success and innovation of our business.

- Starting salary £28,000, with an increase to £28,500 in year 2.

If your application is successful you\\\’ll be invited for a virtual interview within a couple of weeks of the application being received. Following this, successful candidates will be invited to attend a Graduate Assessment centre in February 2026

Successful candidates will join the business on a Graduate Scheme in September 2026
