We are looking for an Area Manager to work in our Primal Department on day shift, working Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for a team producing high quality product to the required standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Experience within a food manufacturing environment.
  • Butchery experience ideal, however not essential.
  • Self-motivated and able to motivate other members of the team.
  • Problem solving – identify any issues ahead of them arising and take appropriate action.
  • Target driven to improving production efficiencies.
  • Maintain high production quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • Confidence and experience working within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment; minimum five year’s experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good level of written and verbal English.
  • Level 3 food safety.
  • Level 3 Health & Safety.
