Job requirements of Despatch Operative: We are looking for a Despatch Operative to join our established Stores team at Cranswick Country Foods Fresh Poultry in Eye, Suffolk. You will be responsible for picking, packing and palletising orders, whilst ensuring quality and accuracy.
Shift Pattern – 18:40 – 06:40 on a 4on4off shift pattern
Duties:
- Picking and Packing Products
- Scanning pallets in and out
- Stock Rotation
- Ensuring each item conforms with product and quality standards
- Loading and unloading of lorries as required
- Performing other warehouse duties as required
What you will need:
- Good Organisation and Numeracy Skills
- IT competent to be able to use an electric scanner
- To be hardworking and a team player
- Previous experience is preferred, however not essential
Pay and benefits:
- Rate of Pay - £15.17 per hour (inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus)
