Cranswick Milling, part of Cranswick plc, is seeking an Engineering Manager at Fridaythorpe Mill to lead the engineering team, minimise downtime, and ensure compliance with legislation and quality standards. This hands-on role combines office and shop floor duties, chairs the maintenance strategy, and drives continuous improvement, capital projects and staff development across the site.
The successful candidate will manage on-call duties, maintain spares, and collaborate with other Cranswick.
