Cranswick Farming Division are seeking a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Operative to carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and small project work across multiple sites in the Elsham area and surrounding locations south of the Humber.

This is a varied, hands‑on role suited to someone practical, reliable, and able to work independently. The position involves both reactive maintenance and planned project work, making it ideal for someone with a broad skillset across multiple trades.

Responsibilities
  • Providing general maintenance support across multiple sites
  • Carrying out repairs and small project works as required
