Cranswick plc, one of the UK’s leading food producers, is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Group IT team based in Hull. Reporting to the Lead Data & Insight Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insight that drives business decisions—from improving customer experiences to optimising operations across the group. What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with users across the business to gather and refine reporting requirements
- Design and develop BI solutions using the Microsoft BI stack
- Analyse data from multiple systems and present findings clearly
- Support the continuous development of reporting in an agile environment
- Deliver training and create easy‑to‑follow documentation
- Bring fresh thinking to business challenges through data

- Proven experience with SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft BI tools
- Solid understanding of data warehousing and data modelling
