The Category Marketing Executive plays a key role in driving growth across chilled food categories by supporting the development and execution of category-led marketing plans. This role partners closely with commercial, brand, NPD, and retailer teams to translate category insights into compelling customer propositions and category growth strategies. You will help ensure we remain the partner of choice for retailers by championing category thinking, supporting evidence-based recommendations, and helping deliver initiatives that drive penetration, frequency, and value.

What You'll Do:
- Support category plans and identify growth opportunities
- Contribute to customer reviews and plans
- Support NPD and create sell-in materials
- Use tools like Kantar and Assosia to track performance
- Work cross-functionally and build retailer relationships
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: Ideally 1+ year of experience in a Category Management role within an FMCG business.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data from multiple sources, identify trends, and convert them into actionable insights with a clear, logical flow.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in spreadsheet analysis, especially when working with large numeric data sets.
- Communication: Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate category opportunities and insights in an engaging and impactful manner.
- Market Data Expertise: Experience using market data tools (e.g., IRI, Nielsen, Kantar, Dunnhumby, Aimia) and capable of extracting relevant data and insights.
- Relationship Management: Effective at communicating and building relationships both internally and externally.
- Attitude: Enthusiastic, passionate, and always ready to take on challenges with a positive, can-do approach.
