We are seeking a Maintenance Operative to join the team, working across our farms in Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. Key Responsibilities

  • Providing maintenance support to all sites
  • Building accommodation for livestock
  • Driving tractors and off-road forklifts to move straw and equipment between sites
  • Erecting livestock wire around site perimeters
  • Use of hand tools to secure fencing/drilling as necessary
  • Operating other machinery as needed

About You

  • Ability to work on your feet daily and in all weathers
  • Previous experience using farm machinery is desired
  • Driving licence is essential
  • Forklift licence is desirable
  • Self‑motivation with a strong work ethic
  • Strong practical skillset
  • The ability to prioritise and complete tasks fully and timely
