Cranswick Gourmet Bacon is looking for a talented Development Technologist to join our NPD team. Based at our state-of-the-art site in Sherburn-in-Elmet, this role is perfect for someone passionate about innovation and creating premium products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead NPD projects from concept to launch
- Work closely with chefs, commercial, and site teams
- Develop market-leading products that meet customer and business requirements
- Attend customer meetings and manage product presentations
- Ensure all documentation is completed and compliant
- Support trials, launches, and pre-production activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Food Technology or similar
- 2+ years’ NPD experience (ideally with retail customers)
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience with NPD systems
- Full UK driving licence
