We are looking for an experienced and driven Site Technical Compliance Manager to join our Technical Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a food manufacturing professional who is passionate about food safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
The right candidate will:
- Responsible for the Technical operation and systems for the site
- Maintaining technical standards, in line with legislation, food safety, quality and integrity as well as customer requirements
- Responsible for customer visits, audits and overall KPI performance
- Ensuring the members of the technical team are also effectively implementing and managing in line with legislative, food safety integrity, quality as well as customer operating standards
- Maintain and oversee the HACCP Food Safety Plan and TACCP risk assessments
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Food-related qualification
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar food manufacturing role
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- HACCP Level 4, Advanced Food Hygiene, and Audit Training are desirable
