We’re offering a 4 year Engineering Apprenticeship with hands‑on training and a Level 3 Mechatronics Maintenance Technician qualification, through West Suffolk College. You’ll work 40 hours per week, including one day of college release.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to machinery breakdowns
  • Monitor and maintain plant and key service equipment
  • Conduct planned maintenance tasks
  • Diagnose faults and troubleshoot equipment issues

Qualifications

  • A logical, detail‑oriented mindset for solving problems
  • Ability to stay calm and think on your feet under pressure
  • Reliability and commitment to completing the apprenticeship
  • 5 GCSEs (grades 9-5/A-C), including Maths and English, or Level 2 Functional Skills equivalents
