Responsibilities

  • Monitor product quality, safety, legality and report issues to the technical department.
  • Carry out quality audits across the site, audit factory procedures and process control.
  • Prepare, manage and participate in Internal Audits.
  • Manage and attend Pest Control (technician and biologist) visits.
  • Undertake routine traceability exercises as per schedule and customer requests.
  • Conduct in-depth hygiene audits as per the hygiene audit schedule.
  • Perform CCP audits as per the schedule.
  • Ensure all internal, hygiene and CCP audit actions are completed, signed off accurately and timely.
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as required to benefit the business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant food manufacturing experience, preferably within a technical or quality oriented role.
  • Intermediate knowledge of food hygiene.
  • Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate HACCP knowledge.
