Responsibilities
- Monitor product quality, safety, legality and report issues to the technical department.
- Carry out quality audits across the site, audit factory procedures and process control.
- Prepare, manage and participate in Internal Audits.
- Manage and attend Pest Control (technician and biologist) visits.
- Undertake routine traceability exercises as per schedule and customer requests.
- Conduct in-depth hygiene audits as per the hygiene audit schedule.
- Perform CCP audits as per the schedule.
- Ensure all internal, hygiene and CCP audit actions are completed, signed off accurately and timely.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as required to benefit the business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant food manufacturing experience, preferably within a technical or quality oriented role.
- Intermediate knowledge of food hygiene.
- Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate HACCP knowledge.
