Cranswick Country Foods in Watton, Norfolk is serious about its quality pork products. We are looking for talented people to join us. This is a permanent full‑time role working Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week. Hourly rate £14.28 to £20.39 depending on skills and licence. Rate includes a £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus. Overtime is paid at time and a third after 44 hours. Pension contributions are 3% employer and 5% employee. You also receive a share of the profits through our discounted share scheme, opportunity to purchase extra holiday, cycle to work scheme, discounted local gym membership, death in service insurance, and access to our "Feed your Wellbeing" platform.
