We are looking for a Production Team Leader to join our established Production team at Cranswick Country Foods Fresh Poultry in Eye, Suffolk. You will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to ensure production KPIs are met.

Shift Pattern: 4 shifts per week on a 3 week rotating shift pattern, working 06:10 – 17:10.

Duties:

  • Motivate your team to achieve the daily production plan safely, efficiently and to our high quality standards
  • Maintain high production standards
  • Deliver regular team briefings and provide coaching to support your team
  • Be responsible for shift performance and KPIs
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed and correct
  • Train and develop your team to manage performance and progress high potential people

What you will need:

  • Be able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
  • An understanding of run rates, yields and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Knowledge and experience working with food production machinery
  • Ideally hold a level 2 food safety certificate
  • Great people management skills and production knowledge
