Prep Room Line Leader

We are looking for an individual to lead within our Sausage production facility, you will motivate a dedicated team of operatives and ensure all relevant paperwork is completed and correct, whilst also maintaining a high level of production standards and meet production efficiency targets.

Qualifications

• An understanding of run rates, yields and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Be able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
• Knowledge and experience working with food production machinery
• Ideally hold a level 2 food safety certificate
• Great people management skills and production knowledge

Benefits & Pay

Shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off. Hours 05:00am-17:00pm

Pay and benefits: Rate of pay – £15.89 per hour

• Rate inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus
