Crown Farms & Crown Milling, a division of Cranswick PLC, are looking for a committed IT Support Worker at our facility in Kenninghall, Norfolk. You will be working as part of the IT Team to provide comprehensive support of all IT users across Crown Farms and Crown Milling.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact to support IT users within Crown Chicken sites.
  • Supporting Farm apps and remote network infrastructure.
  • Support and monitor the current infrastructure, systems & production systems.
  • Assist end users with typical day to day IT queries & troubleshooting.
  • Assist the factory users with using the production systems.
  • Build & configure hardware including servers, workstations & mobile devices.
  • Create and maintain documentation.
  • Update ticketing system to ensure relevant details are recorded and SLA’s are met for each issue.
  • Work with Local and Group IT to support apps, rollouts, trials and projects.
  • Out of hours working may be required on an ad hoc basis.
  • Ensure that all systems on site are maintained & kept up to date.
  • Prioritising and managing workload effectively.
