The successful candidate will have to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of all site services systems and equipment critical to our manufacturing process. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in driving performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the maintenance, improvement and repair of plant systems and equipment via site CMMS
- Ensure that the site CMMS is audit ready
- Adherence to and improvement of engineering standards/quality of work
- Specialist contractor management
- Work planning, budgeting and communication
- Critical stock management and selection
- Developing, coaching and leading the site services team
- Act as deputy for the Maintenance Manager
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure EHS compliance
- Embed quality in all aspects of the role
- Enthuses others to work towards quality goals
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Communicate clearly and concisely when standards are not met
- Participate in daily review meetings and provide feedback
