Personal Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Company Secretary
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and trusted Personal Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary. This is a key role at the heart of a dynamic, growing business — helping deliver strategic priorities while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Our success is built on the strength of our people and the quality of our operations. In this role, you will be supporting two key senior leaders — the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary — contributing to the effective coordination of core business functions at the highest level.

What You’ll Do
- Provide daily support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary
- Manage diaries, meetings, and travel with accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle communications and prioritise information flow
- Prepare and format reports, documents and presentations
- Coordinate meetings and support board-level preparation
- Track key actions and follow-ups to keep projects on course
- Liaise with senior colleagues and external contacts
- Manage sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Organise events and conferences where needed
- Maintain effective records and administrative systems
